I really have been attending St. John's, but I don't sign the Welcome Pad attendance book.
I have physical limitations. I need help to get to church, or would appreciate tapes or CD's of the services, and a pastoral visit with communion.
With all my other responsibilities, I have not been able to find time or energy to worship.
I have been going through a rough time.
I know I need to return to the Lord, but going to church at this time seems very difficult to me. Please Pray for Me.
I have been worshiping at the following Lutheran church. Please give me information on how to transfer my membership.
